Hi folks, David Levante here. As you will know from reading the book, I'm the King of the Fairies. This was not something I ever aspired to and to be honest, I'm still finding a little difficult to take in.

Dust Wars is an account of my time in Fairyland and came from notes that I made when it was all happening - as I'm sure you'll understand, I wasn't too sure about what was going on so I wrote down everything that occurred as I tried to make sense of my new regal role.

As you'll now know, though, there's also more to come but right now, I've got some questions and thoughts that even my fairy friends (and cat) couldn't answer so I'll be posting these here in the hope that some of you will be able to help make some sense of what's happened. Thanking you in anticipation...

Space, time and Fairyland

by David Levante - 12:52 on 30 September 2018

So the cat's been getting on at me all weekend. I still can't get my head around the time differences between the Human world and Fairyland. You'll know from the book that contrary to popular belief, when I make the journey 'over' to Fairyland, time in our world seems to slow right down - in fact, a year in Fairyland equates to about one tenth of a second in the Human world. But Felixx has also suggested that maybe it's just that Fairyland time is superfast. I'd like the thoughts of any mathematicians/astrophysicists/quantum experts out there as to how this is all possible. It would also help if any cat lovers could explain why the cat can speak to me and why it feels that it has to keep me right all the time.....
